Hello everyone! I’m recovering from my Christmas high…I had a wonderful time spent “hibernating” in my childhood home surrounded by family, music and baking. Just what I wanted! I hope you all had a great holiday weekend too. This week it’s been back to the grindstone, but as soon as I turn around there’s another holiday staring me in the face–2011, it will be nice to meet you!
I’m taking a break from regular posting this week, to devote more time to decorativity 2011…that’s right, there’s so much goodness coming up, it takes an extra special effort to get it all ready! But don’t think I’ll be silent this week. I’ll have my monthly recap as usual, and any other quick fun things that catch my eye. I also want to hear from you about how I can make this blog better in 2011, so I’m going to send out a series of short polls. Please do me the huge favor of participating and let your voice be heard! I’m thinking maybe an illustration (very basic) of some sort of nook in a room…like a collection of objects that encompasses the types of things you feature arranged on a little table of sorts…and maybe a bird to make more whimsical.
